This is the story of our journey towards parenthood. My husband and I dream of bringing home a healthy baby, and have been trying for over 5 years now with little more than heartbreak. We have embryos!
My egg retrieval went as scheduled yesterday, with 9 good eggs extracted. A call from the doctor a few minutes ago confirmed 6 good embryos. Wow! I've never had that many before! One step closer. The transfer is planned for Friday afternoon.
Six good embryos! That is fantastic news. I hope that you are feeling good and getting lots of rest before the transfer on Friday.
